Reminder that our next NWTPA meeting is May 3rd at 1pm at the Rickreall Fairgrounds. We want to make sure all of our ducks are in a row for the Redmond pull, and would like to see who is all going. We are going to need help at it. deh 4/15/2009

Rules Meeting/Potluck We finally found a place to have our rules meeting. The meeting will be at the Polk County Fairgrounds in the Arts and Craft building at 1pm. We will be have a meeting and a potluck. So bring a potluck item, plates, silverware, and drinks. Hamburger/hotdogs and buns will be provided.

Side note; This is the second year that I have worked on the club web page. I now have people asking when I will get something posted and have recieved several emails, 1 from France. The first year I recieved 0 emails and do not know if any body was looking at the web site. I find this a great trend, Hope you do also. deh 11/1/2008

I am having some trouble getting the Pulling Flyers page to show the Pull Flyers, In the mean time Pulling Flyers can be found on the PULLING SCHEDULE page. deh 8/01/2008 I have as yet not received the 2008 Rickreall Pull Flyer and will be on vacation the week of August 4th, When I return on Monday August 11th I hope to have something to post. deh 8/01/2008

The Diericks Pull was hold this weekend. The weather was better then last year, warm, not terribly hot, dry with some wind, more wind on Sunday. Dust was flying everywhere as the Tractors and Trucks would travel down the track. Rumor was we had 43 hooks on Saturday, did not hear a number for Sunday, but looks to be about the same. For carnage on Saturday we had a transmision in a garden tractor decide to give it up and spew part, On Suday we lost an axle in a 1 ton rear end and the rear u joint in a 3/4 ton pickup. The broken axle was fixed within about 30 minutes and was back on the track for several more attempts. Looked to me like a good time was had by most everyone. deh 6/24/2008
