For trucks the classification of small bolock or big block is defined by the size of the motor in cubic inches (ci). Anything 399 ci or smaller is defined as a SMALL BLOCK. Anything 400 ci and larger is difined as a BIG BLOCK. ANY TRUCK with a wieght of over 6000 lbs is automatically classified as a HEAVY no matter its motors size.
